Payment and Shipping

• We gladly accept secure online payments using Paypal, as well as United States Postal Service Money Orders.

• Shipping for all items is via the method chosen at checkout. Every purchased item will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment.

• Our shipping calculator sometimes comes up with too high a cost for mailing our clients' stones.  This is particularly true for international orders. If your shipping cost seems to be higher than you would expect, please email us and let us know what stones you are interested in purchasing, and we will get back to you with the very best shipping rate for your items.

• Please be aware that we are very fond of the items that we sell.  Consequently, we overpack our boxes.  We never charge for the extra bubble wrap and padding, but you may have to break a sweat getting into your package.

• At Kathi's Krystals, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.  If you are not fully satisfied with any item, simply ship the item back within three business days of receipt, and, when it arrives in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price and original shipping charge.
