Ancestralite

This amazing mineral variety is a combination of Specular Hematite and Red Jasper, and it comes out of Brazil. It is a relatively new addition to the mineral market and has become extremely popular.
Specular Hematite is characterized by beautiful sparkle. I (jack) have done my best to show the sparkle in the photos. 
The Red Jasper varies from a dark red color to a brighter hue in some of the stones.
All of these Palm Stones are very smooth. When photographed the Hematite can look as if it has a somewhat rough texture, but that is just the light play in the material.
